A play on words a few levels deep. Here is the explanation:
Getting drunk can be called getting slammed or getting hammered: The combination of which has also become acceptable: slammered.

glammered, on the other hand, is the combination of glamour and hammered, meaning that you are getting drunk in a fancy way.
I just bought a couple bottles of wine, want to come over and get glammered?
