When a tan has manifested into a whole 'nother category of orange. It can also refer to the thick leathery feel of over-tanned skin.

Sherry went to school in Florida and now she looks like a tan-gerine.

Mary got her tan-gerine from Walmart and now she looks like my grandma's couch.

Someone who usually wears too much make-up or fake tan, so they look orange-skinned. Usually, these people are only trying to make themselves look good, and in truth, it actually makes them look stupid

A seemingly terminal disease on which the patient lacks the ability to act like a normal person in the presence of the opposite sex. Other symptoms include posing for pictures with models at car shows with a completely frozen face and arms straight down instead of grabbing the model
