What appears on band aftershow or tour parties expenses for expenditure on illegal items. Generally accepted to be code for drugs but may include other goods / services in locales where they are outlawed such as alchohol or prostitutes.

The phrase may have originated on a Depeche Mode tour in the 90's (ref HolyMoly.co.uk)

They haven't been to generous with the Fruit and Flowers tonight, Tony's almost finished the lot!
