Fiatch is a term defined by the combination of two words: fake and biatch.

In other words, a woman who loves attention and flirts extremely with guys but never ends up doing anything; a waste of time.

Alan: So how was that girl steph last night?

Steve: Waste of time. Steph was a fiatch.
