Someone who pretends to be pregnant, either in real life or online. Some fakenecies will go so far as to gain weight to look pregnant or photoshop positive pregnancy tests into pictures as "proof". Fakenencies usually end in a tragic "miscarriage". "OMG did you hear Taylor's pregnant?!"
