A large, heavily built Hadrosaur that lived alongside other iconic Dinosaurs, such as Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Ankylosaurus, and Pachycephalosaurus, in the Hell Creek Formation.
It was typically around 43 feet long, making it one of, if not the largest animal in Hell Creek, rivaled only by the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex. Some individuals got to 50 feet!

Despite popular media, they were anything but defenseless, they could use their large size, stiff tail, and hooves to inflict heavy damage and send even a Tyrannosaurus reeling.

(This definition describes E.annectens, and not it’s equally as powerful Canadian cousin, E.regalis.)
