Dying Cat Mode

Hypomanic to manic state often observed in children and adolescents; frequently induced by sugar or red food dye consumption. Characterized by extreme silliness and uncontrollable laughter.

The red popsicles and Shirley Temples propelled the entire class into full blown dying cat mode.
