fixer-downer

Real estate term referring to a house so dilapidated that even fixing it UP wouldn't make it attractive.
Amelia: "I'm sending you a listing of a fixer-upper. It needs a lot of work but the price is good and so is the location."
Bob (upon receiving the listing): "You've gotta be kidding me, Amelia. Looks more like a fixer-downer to me. Take another gander."

Boner downer

A boner downer is a term which is used to express not only the frustration of being turned off, but also the actuality of losing a boner. A boner downer may occur when something someone says turns your boner or any potential boner limp instantly.
Guy 1: Man you should have been in the child development studies class yesterday! There was this smokin' hot babe in tight yoga pants and you could see right through them!

Guy 2: Shit I can't believe I missed that, I slept through my alarm.

Guy 1: Yeah she was so hot...but then the speaker started talking about teen pregnancy and it was a total boner downer!

Debbie Downer

Etymology: From the Saturday Night Live character Debbie Downer, played by Rachel Dratch

Function: Noun

1. a: a person who says something terribly depressing (a downer), typically only tangentially related to the present circumstance or topic of conversation, and thereby destroys the positive atmosphere. b: a statement that is charactaristic of Debbie Downer

Usage note: In the skit, following each downer Debbie voices, a trombone plays a "wah waaah" (sad trombone) sound effect and the camera zooms in on Debbie Downer's face, which is twisted in comic despair.
Debbie Downer: Hey, does anyone have a banana?

Friend #1: What?

Debbie Downer: Well, if I don't get enough potassium every day, I awaken in the middle of the night by crippling leg cramps.

(higher-pitched wah wahhhhhhh; zoom in)

(everyone looks pissed off)

Debbie Downer: By the way, it's official -- they've located my birth mother. Deceased.

(deeper wah wahhhhhhhh; zoom in on a particularly painful facial expression)

downercut

A comedic turn on the classic uppercut punch. It was used by a character called Rumble Mcskirmish (also a parody of Street Fighter) in Disney's Gravity Falls where he punches down instead of up and shouts "Downercut!"
"Uppercut! Downercut! Bowl of punch!"
