A dog or dogs having or showing a composed or serious manner worthy of respect! especially one standing/sitting/lying only a few feet from the dinner table that's too proud to beg, thus being "Dognified"!

- You must be so proud of you dog, she hasn't been begging at the table ones, with all this food and all these people, what happened? - I know, Lola's such a dognified little pup!

A punishment of splitting someones hair in half for their bitchiness.

Oh no, look! Marion has a horrible split in his hair, looks like he's been donkified!

dooplified 

Do something to a massive degree. Can be used stupidly and for honestly no reason and still somehow make sense, or sound funny. The whole point of the word is when a person doesn't know what else to say, and is about to resort to drastic measure, usually in a joking manner.

Joe and Shaun are about to fight.
Joe - "Fuck you dumb bitch!"
Shaun - "Suck my fucking dick bitch ass hoe!"
Due to the insults, this fight's level of violence is about to be "dooplified."
