A term used when one who is high or about to get high on liquid nitrogen.

Yea, we were out last night, dippin' the rose, no big deal.

Borgan: "Sheemshoo, are you dipping the rose?"

Sheemshoo: "Whaa? I don't even know what I'm doing here, this world is so crazy"
