Detritivore 

A detritivores is an organism that feeds on decomposing plants and animal parts, as well as faeces.
For example, fungi, bacteria, and earthworms.

Detritivores are an important aspect of many ecosystems. They can live on any type of soil with an organic component, including marine ecosystems, where they are termed interchangeably with bottom feeders.

The thousands of email addresses, blogs, GeoCities sites, AngelFire and Tripod pages that are floating around cyberspace, neglected by creators who have forgotten the passwords to the accounts.

I made a GeoCities page when I was in high school and have no idea what the URL is, it's just another piece of digital detritus now.

Stuff left behind, shit that no one wants. From Latin. Often used when the speaker expects that the listener won't know what the word means. This word is commonly used to describe the pile of bones and feathers that the hawk leaves behind after he eats the pigeon.

Detroitist 

A person whose love for Detroit rises to the level of an idealogical worldview, usually in stark contrast to objective reality.

Detroitist is adapted from the Andrew Sullivan-coined term Chrisitianist - a Christian whose faith become their political idealogy. Christianist was derived from the term Islamist used to describe terrorists who attempt to defend their actions with Islamic scripture.

Joe is a Detroitist because, despite an indicted Mayor, a bankrupt school system, and double digit unemployment, he believes Detroit is a healthy, functional city. He cites the 100 downtown bars and restaurants as proof of the city's success.

Detritiva 

Detritiva (from detritivore): this is the *lady* who sends naked pictures of herself by email and text message, and fucks a man KNOWING he has a significant other and KNOWING the significant other knows nothing of the trysts.

Now some would argue that detritivores (and therefore Detritivas) are very useful and perform a much needed service.

I agree! They are the bottom feeders that expose and remove the SHIT (man sluts), making way for better options.
