One who codes, HTML, PHP C, or any other language, by mindlessly copying random chunks of code from the work of others without fully understanding what the code does. This usualy causes bugs, bloat, and generaly nasty ass code. Also abbreviated "CPM" <Fred> Why does the php on Bob's site keep shitting?
