What happens when you eat spicy chili.

Man that chili dog i ate at the Doghouse on Central Ave. gave me a serious case of chili congestion.

The feeling of not quite knowing how you feel but knowing its not a good emotion.

A: how are you feeling?
B: 'idk i kinda feel like i have emotional congestion.'
Or 'idk i kinda feel emotionally congested.'
