A person who hasn't gone or not planning to go to college or university or any other form of higher "education".
Person1: "Wait, your not going to college.. what the are going to do with your life then?"
Person2: "I don't know, bum around, maybe learn the guitar and get famous.. who knows"
Person1: "So your planning on being a non-collegist then?"
Person2: "I don't know, bum around, maybe learn the guitar and get famous.. who knows"
