Chimol - a derogatory term far worse than Pedophile.
Chimol is a shortened word for "Child Molester"
While 'Pedophile' is a person with sexual attraction to actual children, "Chimol" is a person who committed sexual abuse on actual children, doesn't matter if this person is pedo or not.
