Somebody who is not a chav, but makes friends with them or sticks up for them when people start saying stuff about them. Someone who loves chavs.

Normal person - I fuckin hate chavs, they beat me up and nicked my phone, such a bunch of twats.
Chavophile - Hey, i have lots of friends who are chavs and dont slag them off just because they are solid.
Normal person - You fucking chavophile, go suck some pikey cock.
