A euphemism for when you're someplace with really cheap toilet paper, and it breaks apart and leaves little white toilet paper debris clinging to you.
"Hey man, i don't know if you went to the bathroom here yet, but their toilet paper is really, really cheap! I'm talkin 'bunnies in my backyard'. For reals."
