A unique name that was used in (1989) in (Rome Italy). Used for babies at birth who were born with out knee caps. (A very rare condition, but common for italian handicaped newborns). this condition is also called (Fetal Cartilage Syndrome), (caused from lack of oxygen, blood flow, and the fetus's leg being bent backwards the whole term of pregnancy.) this name originated from the first and only baby to ever be born in rome italy missing a knee cap at birth. Her parents wanted to name her brittany, but used knee as a symbol for the one she was missing.
My child was born with fetal cartilage syndrom: so me and the doctor placed (knee) in brittany, the name i was going to name her origanlly, giving her the name "britt'knee"
