Reptilian brothren is commonly understood as modern slang that is used to refer to someone who is a close friend of the speaker and who they regard as “based”. Friends like to use this term to indicate that they are indeed "based" meaning someone (typically a masculine man), who acts coldly and disregards others' opinions or reputation.
