After smoking a bong you maybe misjudge certain factors, like time and space. If somebody makes a wrong statement, that could be the result of the intoxication, he is "bong wrong".
Stoned Person: 'Man, we ordered that pizza like, half an hour ago!'
Other Person: 'Dude, you're bong wrong!'
