Between personalities is when a person has a two different distinct personalities for different social circles for eg; work, friends, family, and while transitioning between his/her alter egos gets stuck half way. I was recovering from last night's rave, when grandpa called me from the hospital to say that grandma had been admitted and when I got there, I was still between personalities.
