When watching William Hung butcher "She Bangs" on "American Idol", I realized that it's sort of ironic that William is definitely not "hung" and he will most likely never get a chance to "bang".

Its like all that or a special kind of dance move or giration but in most cases its like saying they have it all. In some contexts is means gang activity. Other contexts it means sex. Possible what a female says when mentioning the theory of the big bang to a guy, and that guy tells a friend. Possibly a guy telling you of a girlfriend that is going to commit suicide with a gun or has already.
