I think this is a uniquely Aussie expression, but may be in use elsewhere.

The AGB (Alexander Graham Bell) (noun, slang) is a nickname for the vertical 69 position, referencing the inventor of the telephone because both sexually engaged partners are transmitting signals, by a female partner putting her mouth around the male partners penis, and the male partner putting their tongue into the female partner’s vagina. As well, they are arranged in an upright position resembling Alexander Graham Bell’s telephone.
