The infamous Cigarette you smoke after you get done eating a meal, or even a snack.

Ex:

Matt: Let's go have that Cigarette-After-You-Eat-Cigarette!

Preston: I'm already smoking the Cigarette after you smoke your Cigarette-After-You-Eat-Cigarette!

see you after

I'm still not sure of the real meaning of this farewell but I have lived in Glasgow (Glaswegians use it frequently) for nine years, and I've been listening to it and thinking about it for the same amount of time.So, I can give yous my definition. "See you after" means: I will see you after all those things that have to happen before I can see you.

"See you after" is used by two people that are fond of each other and would use this expression to say goodbye.
