A reply to a question or complaint that implies the problem will be addressed, when in reality, the problem will never be looked at. Similar to "We'll get someone right on it." This is the standard reply from the MLB.TV forum support guy to notify a subscriber of MLB.TV that their complaint or suggestion will never see the light of day.
joebaseballfan: "The commercial volume is twice as loud as the game volume. Can someone please lower the commercial volume? Thanks."
