Expression used by oh, I don't know EVERY single guy in my school, because they like to imitate Dave Chapelle because they are too stupid/ unimaginative/ stoned to say anything that has not been made up by someone else. Not used by females in said school, though, b/c they are too stupid/ vain/ unimaginitive to say much besides "oh my god my hair is totally frizzing out" and "justin is so hot I could die"
