"Ok, womber" is direct response to when a millennial or Gen-Z individual says this to someone who is years, sometimes decades, younger than the Boomer generation. It is a portable and effective way of telling misinformed little shits to at least get their stupid insults straight before trying to act cool.

Smart-womber is a word used to define a person who is genius or smart by birth. It is generally used as sarcasm to describe a haughty person or a braggart.
Person 1:" My test went really good although I didn't study a word."
Person 2:" Are you kidding me? It was so hard ,I studied for 5 hours but I still don't think I did well."
Person 1:" Who studies for the test? It was so easy."
