The gesture Is formed by creating a triangle with the index fingers and thumbs, while folding the remaining fingers. It can be opened or closed, forming a double finger point, depending on the situation they are complaining about.
Coworker 1: Wow! What did that woman want?

Coworker 2: She wanted to return that item well past the 30 days. She would not take no for an answer. I knew there was nothing I could do as soon as she pointed the White Triangle at me and asked to speak to my manager.
