When a person receives a rim job while hanging upside-down with your legs over your head.

Joel: Hey man, what did you do last night?
Rick: Dude, my girlfriend gave me a Twisted Rim Job. I almost fell off my pull-up bar.
Joel: Sounds like a great time.
