Similar to a Robotrip but using offbrand cough syrup like Tussin, which still contains the ingredient Dextromethorphan in sufficient amounts that an entire bottle will result in mild dissociative/hallucinogenic experiences. Chris Rock made fun of it. "Let's blow a couple bucks on Tussin at Walmart and get a cheaper form of crappy cheap high! Tussintripping ftl."
