It applies to presentations, oral exams, job interviews where the individual is under-qualified, under-prepared or under-smart but still receives a favourable evaluation because of the individual's appearance. Heidi: Can you believe Brooke passed her oral after her three day bender in Vegas? I'm surprised she could even form a coherent sentence.
