Drunk: To bring to a specific state by drinking alcoholic liquors: drank our sorrows away. Too drunk: The point at which a body becoems saturated with alchohol to the extent that respiratory functions and other 'important' functions to the body cease, without the possibility of re-starting. Russell has never been too drunk.
