A tizzy fit is when a baby freaks out, irregardless of their age. A tizzy fit could involve knocking something off of something, screaming loudly directly into someone's ear hole or anything over the top over something that really isn't a big deal at all. Oh well Brian through a tizzy fit because Mark fingered that girl on his bed and wiped his hand underneath Brian's pillow.
