When a person is really slow to react, like in Call of Duty when you lag.

Person 1: Hey dude! Your girlfriend cheated on you!
Person 2: *quietly stands there for 30 seconds* SHE WHAT?!
Person 1: Man, you've got that Call of Duty Lag.
