a term used mostly by marijuana smokers for someone who can only take small hits or gets high off of small amounts
person 1: (takes a 3 minute long hit then passes the bowl)
person 2: (takes a 4 second hit)
person 1: dude your such a tender lungs
person 2: (takes a 4 second hit)
