A phrase used to indicate a stalkers presence. Mostly used as a joke. Plays on the idea that you shouldn't take sweets from strangers.
Person 1: Oh I see you've poked me on facebook man.
Person 2: Yes. Take this lollipop.
Person 1: Guess what I've just done!
Person 2: I read your texts whilst you went in the other room haha.
Person 1: *Pauses* Isn't it about time you offered me a lollipop?
Person 2: Yes. Take this lollipop.
