Tacy is the outgoing, friendly girl who makes friends with everyone. She's probably short, but very VERY easy on the eyes. She's musical and loves to laugh, as well as get the job done. She works hard and has fun doing it. A lot of guys fall in love with her but don't have the guts to say so. She's sweet and nice, but can be timid some times.
