Pronounced "swash-ay", from "suave" and "touchet." Hands-wown looking better than anyone else at a party or club, when ususally not looking the best and often derided for it. Getting back, by looking the best.
Man, did you see Albert at that party? Usually he looks homeless but tonite he was dapper as all get-out. Man that suave cat was swachet!"
