To leave a populated area, and enter a lesser populated area. The term Colquitz is from a densely populated street that is in the area of South Western British Columbia. There are over 300 people living in the 3 block radius of the street, mostly children and teenagers under the age of 20. Though there are many other populated streets, i believe this street is the cornerstone of the neighborhood. This phrase is not related to: Straight Outta Compton Straight Outta Tennessee Straight Outta Stormfront or Straight Outta Africa Black. Person1: Didn't Bob move out of town, into a farm area?
