Indie/punk band originally from Norway, but now based in Liverpool. Side-project to Tord Øverland Knudsen of the Wombats. The name derives from a Russian Cossack dance group. Alexander Pavelich, Andreas Westhagen, Torbjørn Caspersen and Tord Øverland Knudsen make up the band State Kuban.
