Very similar to a Squat Patty but with a slight difference in that this variation tends to send the toilet water splattering back up on your ass. After the 6 burritos he had for breakfast, James found himself sitting on the toilet dropping a Squat Patty that he ended up having to use the entire roll of toilet paper cleaning up afterwards.
