You can eve show off all your dance moves, and they just laugh at you, in a loving way. A soul mate is the kind of person who you can sing Robin Thicke's - Lost Without U with on the Bart as loud as you can, and not care who hears or looks. They are the kind of person who you can listen to an epic harmonica solo with, while making harmonica noises in the car, and when you look over and say, "This makes me thing of Rosanne," they go "OMG ME TOO." They are the kind of person who when Tegan and Sara's - Nineteen comes on, you both look at each other, laugh, and realize that the song was written about you two. They are the person who you can get the Troy and Abed handshake down with, with no practice, without even trying. They are the ying to your yang. They eat your green food. And don't hate you for watching glee. They are your best friend. They are your companion.

A phrase that you absolutely do not want thrown around when you're in a long distance relationship, planning to break up with your girlfriend. Just the imagery of the word popping up in a text message or on paper makes you cringe, because it spawns the idea of spending the rest of your life passively unhappy, unwilling to admit to her that you're not happy because you're afraid of hurting her feelings. Though, you don't know why that's much of a factor in the situation, because you've dumped her four times before, but she always manages to creep back into your life. Time after time, after time.

Seeing and meeting a person for the first time and immediately having a connection that not only transcends in the physical but most importantly in the spiritual. Its a feeling that you have always known that person, maybe from a past life, and automatically feel love for that person in the present. You want to be part of their lives and don't care of their past as an individual, but want to evolve with that person in a life together...in having a future together! It's an easy and effortless feeling to give every part of your soul to that person that you consider your soul-mate. Its a love that is more than physical but a love that is truely from God. A love that can overcome all obstacles and hardships in the relationsip...its trust, respect, kindness, honor, and faith.
You see that person for the first time and its not about their apperance, but a connection that is heart-sticken with possibility of being together and intertwineing into one. To share happiness, joy, saddness, hurt, and anything life throws at you. But you know that you can do it together and forever as a team...cause you have your soul-mate by your side.

Soul mates by definition are two completely strangers who meet unexpectedly in life and feel this unbreakable bond which hides true love, unbelievable desire, passion and the wiliness to find each other in life. When god made us, he made us complete and pure with no ounce of sanity or hate in our soul. He cut us in half and separated us to two people and the purpose of true love and the meaning of your soul mate is to find your other half, it will take time but if the person has faith, courage and desire to find it then god will find the best time to show him or her the path in order to find his or hers other half or soul mate.
