Sleepy City 

another name for Tipton County, Tennessee which consists mainly of Atoka, Brighton, Covington, and Munford. The name originated from a local group of hustlers who know too well, the slow grind of Tipton County. Tipton County is about 15 minutes north of North Memphis.
