A corporate cultural phenomenon who is fascinating in that he has become insanely popular while saying almost nothing of substance. If there is any theme to be found in Sinek's videos, it is pandering to wealthy Boomer management and talking down to millennials and average workers. He is fond of teaching people the value of "hard work" at a corporation and thinking of your boss as your parent, guidance counselor and role model while ignoring major economic factors that have shifted over the past 70 years that make most jobs fruitless. Ironically if he wanted to give real advice, it would be encouraging people to start their own businesses, be self-sufficient and get out of debt, but no corporation in their right mind would hire him to say that.

If you have a LinkedIn network >100 people, it is almost impossible to scroll your feed without seeing one of his inane videos reposted by a tryhard middle manager for imaginary clout.
Simon Sinek: "Did you know that management is harder than just being an employee? People like Ray Dalio have it hardest of all!"
Average Worker: "My boss's generation could pay for college with a summer job and could buy a house in their 20's. I will rent for life, can barely afford to keep up on my bills and management is outsourcing my job to modern-day slaves."
Simon Sinek: "Leaders eat last! Millennials are entitled! Inspire action! Start with why!"
