A musician with no musical talent. The type that makes you go "WHAT THE HELL MAKES THEM AN ARTIST?" Derived from the ridiculous term subway uses for their employees.

At 9.00 an hour, or whatever the states minimum wage is; literally a starving artist. Subway's way of trying to make poverty wages sound, "fun".

Son- " Mommy, why does that person smell like subway and dirty feet?" Mother- "That persons a Sandwhich Artist and cannot afford a place to live, stay away, you might get yeast infection."

2. A person who, in real terms, is unskilled, and cant see it, despite thinking they have a 'talent'. The person often makes inappropriate, obtuse, or simplistic comments, to everyone elses amusement.
