A scalar is a baby who cries a lot and has to have everything his or her way. A spoiled kid. Can be use on older people as well, to call them spoiled, childish, or immature.

5th dimensional originated form of pure neural energy that can penetrate anything in our 3d world and has different properties then traditional sine waves. One might not refer to them, as actual waves. They seem to transcend time and space and often travel faster then the speed of light. They expand outward rather then traditional dna spiral shaped waves.
