Also known as "operated by kiddies". This bot is badly coded and should not even exist. This bot is moderated by a bunch of 8 year olds. Please see "swiftirc" for relevant information.
You may refer to the worse bot in the world as RuneScript. As well as operated by kids, who do not know a thing or two about networking.
