Rum Old Boy

An expression used to describe a camp, narcissistic, eccentric, quirky chap/individual or member of the establishment in satirical humour or derogatory fashion.

Nigel: “How’s the new bloke?”
Damian: “He’s a very Rum Old Boy!”, **laughs
