An act of spite in response to a communication attempt that garners an unreasonable delay without satisfactory justifications. Sanjeev sends a text message to Adam. Adam does not reply for one week and does not apologize for or explain the delay. Afterward, Adam sends a text message to Sanjeev. Sanjeev also waits one week as a revenge delay to reply to Adam.
