1. Derogatory term used to describe a MMO player who avoids PVP combat, heavily preferring cooperative or solo PVE combat, chatting, or developing tradeskills/running quests.

2. Used to describe a player type known as Carebears.
"My and my friend got attacked by a PKer. I decided to fight, but he decided to be a Respected Fellow Player and run leaving me alone to die."

"The game looked like it was going to have a great online mode that included Open PvP, but a small group of Respected Fellow Players spammed the development forums to remove Open PvP and made the team think it's what the community wanted, thus removing Open PvP. It was because of the Respected Fellow Players that the game was bankrupt a year after release."
